Feeling down? You’re not alone …This very minute someone’s been shot, drowned, is being born, has been born, is getting married, is fighting with a spouse, in the act of committing a homicide, a felony, a robbery.

This very minute someone’s falling love, another out of love. This very moments decision by a powerful political leader will impact and change the lives of thousands upon thousands of people he probably will never set his eyes on in his entire life. Right now, someone’s contemplating suicide, tired with the harshness of life, the oddities against them and how they can’t contend with life’s battles. This very second, a child takes its first steps in life (ta ta ta ta…) as someone somewhere else breathes their last, exiting from this universe and into the annuls of history.

This very minute, your probably reading this, all alone, either in front of your laptop or PC or cell phone, contributing to that second’s activity that makes time. Your probably happy, excited, feeling low, lonely, dejected, ostracized, rejected, powerful, weak, sick…. Whatever you’re feeling, if positive, enjoy it to the fullest. If negative, then this is for you.

Right now am feeling so low I can actually touch it! Things aren’t going as I want them to go and my anticipations seem not work out as I want them to. But this is not about me right now. I am not writing this to brood or mourn or mount self pity. This is about you and the down side that you’re experiencing right now, if you are.

I put it to you that you’re not alone in your weakness and there’s probably someone else out there going through a worse time than yours. At the end of darkness comes light, always. Allow me to invite you into my raft (raft, because your situation might just have put you in a raft, in the middle of a very rough ocean) of encouragement and be guided to the shore of success by the lighthouse of hope. No situation is permanent. Only your hope, resilience and unwillingness to give up will make your next second either positive or negative.

For you who have given up and about to cave in, blaming life for its harshness and unfairness, return to your senses and look into and lean on your inner strength to win your battles. You have a strong will somewhere down deep in you. Find it, reactivate it; that you will be strong to stand up, fight on and live another day to win your battle/war and encourage someone else another day. But you won’t encourage someone else if you give up. DON’T GIVE UP. IT’S GOING TO BE FINE.
I really hope I have encouraged someone today. I feel encouraged myself and thanks for listening to me. It’s going to all right! Have a great day.

i think we all at some time or the other have felt what you are going through right now ....each one of us has experienced pain, dejection, depression in life....but what keeps us going is a natural innate reaction...the ”will to survive”...we all want to escape the harsh realities of life but in the end the only way to move forward is to accept life in all its forms...

”DON’T GIVE UP. IT’S GOING TO BE FINE”

I say give up and let it go... when you’re at you’re lowest, really what is the worse that can happen??? I know for a fact that wallowing in your misery can seem like hell but when you come out of it, you come out of it alive and kicking...

Go through the pain and dont fight it... and it will leave you alone and for good!!!
